Kneeling: Protest or Disrespect?

    Currently, The United States is in a state of chaos and the value of minority life, especially African Americans has been squandered. Change is needed and although nobody has the answers, protesting for what we believe in is essential. Refusing to stand for the national anthem is one form of protest that people use, but this one is a hot topic. Is it a smart, peaceful, protest or is it disrespectful to our country and those who fought for our right to live freely in it? ​
