Everyone is known for making new year resolution, but high schoolers usually don’t stick to them, here are some resolutions that you can easily stick to. ​
English
1. Self Care - Get rid of all the toxins in your life. Toxins can be relationships and/or friendships that don’t bring genuine happiness into your life.
Spanish
1. Cuidado personal - Alejarse de las cosas tóxicas en la vida. Algunas situaciones tóxicas podrían ser en todo tipo de relaciones o amistades. Alejate de las personas que no te hacen feliz en la vida. 

Here are some self-care activities:
  • Listen to music in the morning: Spotify has genres for every mood
  • Get a massage: New Canaan Massage Center is having 30% off for the holiday
  • Watch a new movie: Spiderman, The Grinch, Creed 2 all at Sono Regent 8
Algunas actividades para el cuidado personal:

  • Escuchar música en la mañana. Spotify tiene diferentes generos de musica para cada estado de ánimo.

  • Deja tu Juul en casa.
  • Relajate, trata de regular las veces que lo hagas.
5. Stop procrastinating - High Schoolers are known to slack a little here are some way to fix that:

  • Get a Planner
  • Make yourself get up
  • Turn off your phone
  • Think about what you’ll get when you achieve your goal
  • Haz tu tarea.

  • Piensa en todo lo que puedes conseguir cuando logres tus metas.
